-CANCELATION POLICY
RELEASE PERIOD – PROVISIONAL BOOKINGS
FIT’s
14-day release from the booking date of the provisional booking as per the email.
Any provisional bookings due for arrival within 14 (fourteen) days, will be held for 1 day only.
CHILDREN’S POLICY
Children are welcome to stay at Khoka Moya Camp & Ranger Camp. We can comfortably accommodate 2 adults and 2 children sharing in a family tent. Where 2 children are sharing with 2 adults, one large day bed is provided and one single bed.
The following charges apply to children:
0 – 2 years of age: Complimentary
3 – 12 years of age: 50% of the adult per person sharing rate is charged
13 years old and older children: are considered adults and charged the applicable adult rate
Babysitting service can be arranged at all camps at an additional cost
DEPOSIT POLICY – based on the total value of the booking
FIT’S deposit
20% deposit on confirmation of the booking.
30 days before arrival: Full payment must be received.
Bookings made less than 45 days before arrival, payment in full will be due to secure the reservation.
CANCELLATION POLICY – based on the total value of the booking
FIT’s cancellation charge
60 days before arrival: 0% cancellation fee
59 – 45 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
44 – 30 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
29 – 0 day before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
All no shows whether FIT or Group will be charged 100% cancellation fees
PAYMENTS/ DEPOSITS
Zebra Nature Reserve the right to request deposits or full payment in advance in case of large groups, long stays, high-demand periods, and last-minute bookings. All payments must be made in South African Rands directly into our bank account or via our online credit card payment channel including all bank charges. All payments should be made in full per the invoice and free of bank charges.
Should payment not be timeously received as per the deposit policy, Zebra Nature Reserve reserves the right to automatically cancel the reserved accommodation and at the same time reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept further bookings.
